HOW MANY TICKETS WILL I NEED?

You will need tickets for games, basket raffles, teacher raffles, and the snack shack. Each basket and teacher raffle entry is 1 ticket per entry. You may enter an unlimited amount of tickets for these. *Don't forget to write your name and phone number on the back of your raffle tickets!*

Game ticket prices can be seen listed next to each game in the section below. Please consult this list to calculate how many tickets your family might need based on the booths that interest you.

Snack shack items will also be purchased with fair tickets.

Food and Bake Off tickets will be sold separately the day of the fair. Please go to the ticket counter to see prices and purchase these!

Silent Auction

Basket raffles

Each basket is packed with incredible items! Grab your tickets, choose your favorites, and see which power-ups you’ll unlock when the winners are revealed. Remember to write your name and phone number on the back of each of your tickets before dropping them in the raffle buckets! There is no limit as to how many tickets you may enter for each basket.

PRIZES

Every child will get a paper game controller to track points. Complete levels in any order, then head to the prize counter to level up and collect your prize. Game on!

Instead of earning prizes at every game, we are going to be using a game controller card. Each child will receive a paper game controller that they will fill up with stamps. They will receive a stamp each time they play a game. There are 3 different levels of games and each level has 6-8 slots to place stamps. When one (or all) levels are finished, they can take their completed game controller card to the Prize Counter to pick out the prizes they want. Here is a simple way to explain it to the kids:

1st - Get your tickets and paper game controller and make sure your name and teacher’s name are written on them.
2nd - Play the games! For every game you play you’ll get a stamp for your game controller! Get a stamp in every spot in a level to earn a prize for that level. If you don’t fill up every level, that is okay. You can still pick out a prize for the levels you have completed. You can complete the levels in any order.
3rd- Go to the prize counter and show your game controller card to pick out your prizes! You can either go each time you complete a level, or at the end when you have completed all levels.

*Prize game controller cards will be distributed at the fair (not with presale tickets like last year). They will be available at the games throughout the fair. Students will receive a game controller card at the first game they play. Students need to write their name and their homeroom teacher’s name on their card. We will have extras available if they accidentally lose theirs.

SODA BOTTLE Collection

It's almost time for the contest to begin!

Each year we ask families to donate full, unopened 2-liter soda bottles (any brand or flavor) for our Ring Toss Game.

We will be collecting these Monday, February 2nd - Friday, February 6th!

Students will bring bottles directly to their classroom.

This will be a Grade-Level Competition! Each grade will compete to collect the most bottles. The winning grade will earn 10 free fair tickets per student!

The deadline to submit bottles is Friday, February 6th at 8:30 AM sharp. No bottles will be accepted or counted after this time.

SENSORY ROOM

We will have sensory room available for anyone who needs a little time decompressing during the fair!
